This class will provide you with things you can do during the year, that will save you time when getting  ready to meet with your accountant to prepare your taxes. I will teach you the best way to organize your information for your accountant so that you can save money on tax preparation fees.  We will discuss some overlooked tax deductions and credits.

This class will review real estate transactions, how they affect your taxes, what are tax deductions, and the implications of rental property.  We will discuss tax savings by exchanging properties rather than selling a property.  I will show you how to keep good records when owning multiple properties.

This class will teach you how to set up a client file, enter transactions, reconcile the bank account, set up of chart of accounts, create invoices, search data, review financial statements and much more. At the end of this class you will be ready to set up a company and have the basic principles of bookkeeping.
